We’ll likely still be able to accommodate you, if you arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment start time, but we may have to adjust your services based on the time we will have.

Life happens, things come up! However, out of respect for your stylist, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours prior to the start time of your service. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% of the services booked.
Same-day appointment alterations are considered a late cancellation; fees apply.
We require a 25% deposit for all appointments. This deposit will go toward your service at the time of your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you find yourself running late, just give our front desk a call. However, if you're more than 15 minutes late and we haven't heard from you, we'll have to consider it a no-show.
No-shows will result in a charge for the full service you had booked.

Sometimes things just don’t turn out how you expect. If you want your cut a little shorter, more layers, or a darker toner, please contact us within a week to have it adjusted. We understand!
Beyond that, full service charges apply.

While we love your littles, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service. While this policy also helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child's safety in mind. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, and chemicals make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.

Sometimes product recommendations take some trial and error. If you are unhappy with a hair care product and the product is mostly unused you may bring the remaining portion back within 30 days for an exchange or a salon product credit.

We recognize that illnesses can strike you and your family unexpectedly.
If you or someone in your household is unwell, please wear a mask when coming to your appointment.
This policy is in place to protect our staff members who are immunocompromised, and it reflects our commitment to their safety and well-being.

We understand that trends change quickly, and your kids want to keep up with them.
However, if you do not attend your child’s appointment and are unhappy with the style or service they chose, any changes requested will be subject to full service charges.
